We offer FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states for all web orders over $100. We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped to our store for Store Pick-Up. Please call our store to place orders shipping to locations outside of the continental U.S., as additional freight charges may apply. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.

We’re committed to making sure you always receive the best value on every purchase you make. For damaged items, we will gladly provide a replacement. We will acccept returns for 21 days. Please call or e-mail our store for a Capel return authorization number and shipping address.

We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for its full purchase price in case of loss or damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Please package the rug you are returning in its original packaging or equivalent. Do not fold or apply tape to any surface of the item or rug. Use a traceable courier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, etc.) The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it may be refused or incur a 20% service fee.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns that are received without a return authorization number may incur a 20% service fee. Returns will not be accepted after 21 days. Custom items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. Rug pads that have been opened may not be returned for credit.
